Leslie holds a Bachelor's degree in Sociology from UCSB, providing a foundational understanding of societal dynamics that has proven valuable in her career. The path to real estate was paved early on, with Leslie’s mother, a Real Estate Icon in Napa Valley, running her own brokerage. Growing up, Leslie spent weekends at her mother's office, handing out keys and gaining invaluable exposure to the real estate world. Married to a seasoned real estate agent with 23 years of experience, Leslie continues to be immersed in the industry.

Community involvement is central to Leslie's life. Actively engaged in the 4H community for over two decades, Leslie has volunteered with organizations such as Girls on the Run and Girls Inc. She has a keen interest in working with at-risk teens, the unsheltered, and individuals struggling with addiction. Additionally, she provides assistance to the elderly, offering companionship and support with meals and shopping.
